Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) is a pioneer in automation control, instrumentation and services for the oil and gas; refining; pulp and paper; industrial power generation; chemicals and petrochemicals; biofuels; life sciences; and metals, minerals, and mining industries. HPS offers technologies that extend information and knowledge from the plant floor to the board room and comprehensive lifecycle services that help ensure more productive and stable operations. HPS is part of Honeywell’s Performance Materials and Technologies strategic business group.  This position supports the Honeywell Thermal Solutions (HTS) line of business within HPS. 

Lead the activities related to the demand planning, production planning, inventory control, material planning, supporting Honeywell Thermal Solutions (HTS). You will have significant authority in Strategic Planning, work cross-functionally to achieve organizational objectives and drive functional excellence and continuous improvement.  You are a proven leader driving teams to deliver best in class results. You are accountable for and lead multiple, highly complex global projects.  Lead Planning strategy & vision and drive execution to enable business value and productivity. Continuously improve planning processes to drive better business results.  Build a world-class workforce that creates competitive advantage by hiring the right people, developing, coaching, and retaining top talent.  Ensure the SIOP/S&OP/IBP processes are delivering at world-class levels to maximize revenue, reduce costs & inventory, and achieve top tier delivery performance for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead team to meet metrics
  • Develop and optimize planning processes
  • Facilitate the HTS 5 step process for SIOP/S&OP/IBP
  • Improve Honeywell Operating System maturity
  • Monitor demand, supply and material requirement plans
  • Ensure delivery of inventory targets, PFEP, and reduction of aged inventory
  • Develop capability of your team
  • Streamline work through digital transformation


Requirements

This position will sit on site in Houston, TX. Other locations are unable to be considered.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain

WE VALUE:

  • 10+ years of experience in S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Inventory Management and Materials Management
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skill
  • Proven results delivering innovative solutions to complex organizational problems
  • Extensive influencing and collaboration skills with commercial business leaders
  • Expertise on leading / driving change, and mentoring teams & peers
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP MRP and ERP, preferably on Make to Order business
  • Passion for driving continuous improvement/lean six sigma
  • Passion for developing and coaching teams
